He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin B. Mosley, and Charlie Lois Rigdon Mosley, Sr.; his siblings, Jimmy, Bobby, Rita, Ruth, Phillip, Jeff and Mattie Mae; and his nieces, Charlene and Dixie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Mosley of Smithville; his children, Marvin "Buzz" Mosley (Starla) of Smithville and Corky Mosley (Michelle) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Kristal Hope Jones (Brian), Marvin Keith Mosley (Megan), Mickael Mosley and Allison Mosley; his brother Grady Mosley; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Pittman and Nancy Jones. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
