He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Pack of Smithville; his sons, Donald H. Pack of Smithville and Christopher T. Pack of Smithville; his grandchildren, Brian Waggoner, Ashley Pack, Donald Pack, Doranda Pack and Aubree Bruno; his great grandchildren, Terrance Bain, Rhyliann Jernigan and Hadley Ralph; his siblings, Mary Pack Green of Belk, Lee R. Pack (Pam) of McMinnville and Ronnie Pack (Beverly) of Rock Island; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Hale (Linda) of Smithville, Thomas Hale (Red) of Smithville, Leroy Hale of Smithville, Charlie Hale (Ellen) of Smithville, John Hale of Smithville and Pauline Crook of Smithville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
