He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Brown "Red" and Elizabeth Pascal Rigsby; his wife Wanda Rigsby Vanatta; his daughter Gayle Thomas; his grandchildren, Jeffery Rigsby and Erica Bullard; and his brothers, Ronald Dean Rigsby, James "Jim" Rigsby, Floyd Lynn Rigsby, Danny Marlin Rigsby, Donald "Donnie" Rigsby and Billy Joe Rigsby.
He is survived by: his children, Trina Hernandez, Christopher Rigsby, Aubrey Rigsby and Heather Ingram; his grandchildren, Michael Bullard, Phillip Thomas, Randall Ingram and Helen Winchel; his great grandchildren, Audrey Beth and Jaxon Winchel; his siblings, Margie Miller of Smithville, Melissa King of Smithville and Bob Rigsby (Vanessa) of Smithville; his sister-in-law Elaine Rigsby of Smithville; and his close friends, Gidget, Mark Malone and Matt Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
