He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Lomas and Eustacia Moreno; his daughter Monica Lomas; his granddaughter Selena Torres; and his brothers, Luis Lomas and Beninyo Lomas.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Lomas of Smithville; his children, Amada Torres (Alberto) of Smithville, Adelaido Lomas (Veronica) of Smithville, Jose Lomas (Misty Dedmon) of Smithville, Jorge Lomas of Smithville, Sarah Laxton (Steven) of Smithville and Luisana Robinson of Nashville; and his sisters, Juana Acuna of Smithville and Geronima Lomas Rodriguez of Mexico. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and a host of great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
