He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odos Walker and Illa Mae Walker; his wife Annie "Susie" Bain Walker; his brother Wayne Walker (Linda); his nieces, Lisa Peterson (Dewey), Leann Miller (Jason), Jennifer Ritter and Samantha Phillips (Billy); his siblings-in-law, Cleveland Bain (Diane), Harold Bain, Earlie Bain, Helen Moore and Pauline Braswell; and his nephews, Jimmy Bain (Amanda), Clayton Moore and Hunter Moore.
