She is survived by: her children, Valorie Kadowaki of Murfreesboro and Melvin Turnbill of Dowelltown; her grandchild Keira Kadowaki of Murfreesboro; and her siblings, Don Cummings (Betty) of Texas, Linda Sue Shattuck (Jeff) of South Carolina and Charles Self of New Mexico. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
