He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Durham and Thelma Waddington Durham; and his daughter Kari Booth. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Durham of Smithville; his children, Tami Strong and Todd Durham (Dana); his grandchildren, Austin Durham, Ashley Stegmayer (Leighton) and Dehryen Noriega (Lexie); and his son-in-law John Booth.
