He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Bennett, and Florence Young Bennett, Sr.; and his brothers, Timothy P. Bennett and Peter A. Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Bennett of Smithville; his daughter Rebecca Frederick (Kevin) of Smithville; his grandsons, James A. Frederick and Patrick Frederick of Smithville; his nephews, Timothy Bennett, Jr. and Matthew Bennett; and his pet Skyla Blue.
