She was predeceased by: her mother Lela Lawson Bratcher; and her siblings, Edith Roberts, Comer and Danny Bratcher. She is survived by: her father Euyl Bratcher; her husband Kenneth Waggoner of Smithville; her son Phillip Waggoner (Natasha); her grandsons, Hagen of Liberty, Hasten of Liberty and Haven Waggoner of Liberty; her siblings, Earlene Redmon and Harold Bratcher (Dorothy); and her sister-in-law Janice Bratcher of Smithville.
