In loving memory of Eva Loyce Willoughby (Smithville, Tennessee), who departed this world on February 19, 2025 at the age of 82. Eva leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewin Quentin and Bettie Lee Walls Sandlin; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Gaynelle Willoughby; and her sister-in-law Nelda McIntyre.
She is survived by: her husband Mac Edward Willoughby of Murfreesboro; her daughter Melanie Ann; her son-in-law Dana Richardson of Murfreesboro; her granddaughters, Lauralee Richardson of Murfreesboro and Amber Simons (Matt) of Christiana; her great grandchildren, Lily, London, Aspen, Haven and Aubrey Simons; her siblings, Wanda Scott (Jerry) of Smithville and Freddy Sandlin of Smithville; her brother-in-law Ron McIntyre of Hixson; her nieces and nephews, Shandi Sandlin, Anthony Scott, Brian Tramel, Chris Tramel and Sean Tramel; and her aunt Earlene Olson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at the Hillview Memorial Cemetery.
In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the New Hope Cemetery, in memory of Mrs. Eva.
