He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Green and Pauline Green (Argo); his brother BIlly Green (Donna F. Green); and his son-in-law Robert E. Helton Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Tommy Green of Murfressboro; his children, Patrick Scott Green of Florida and Dorothea Helton of Beechgrove; and his grandchildren, Robert E. Helton Jr. of Witchita, Pauline Newby (Cody) of Tullahoma and Bobbie Joann Helton of Beechgrove. He is also survived by great grand children, and many friends.
The family welcomes donations to the Wounded Warrior Project and/or to The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund in lue of flowers.
