We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, at the age of 89, Doyle Franklin Hansard of Smithville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Franklin and Lois Irene Hansard; and his siblings, Georgia Hansard, Glenda Hansard, Wilma Pierce and Void Hansard.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Elaine Hansard; his sons, Gerald Hansard of Tazewell and Richard Hansard (Lynda) of Smithville; his brothers, Rondal Hansard of Tazewell, Mike Hansard (Nancy) of Tazewell and Dean Hansard (Mary Francis) of Norris; his grandchildren, Melissa Daniels (Vincent), Tracey Hansard (Phillip Williams), Lauren Noska (Randy) and Randall Hansard (Kali Hutson); and his great grandchildren, Emily Daniels and Neyland Noska.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Smithville First Baptist Church Legacy Program in memory of Mr. Doyle.
