Donna Jean Napier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Jean Napier (Smithville, Tennessee), born in West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Willis Blades and Tressie Sybil Blades (Burlison); her husband Thurman Napier; her son Thomas Napier; her grandchildren, Stacey Bain Powell, Dusty Bain and Amy Napier Miller; and her siblings, Jean Mishler, Wilma Balser, Edith Shadwell, Elaine Jenkins and William Blades.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Bain (A. J.) of Smithville, Jane Mathis (Rickey) of Liberty, Greg Napier (Deborah) of Smithville and Nancy Vafeas (Dimitrios) of Sarasota, Florida; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Reeves, Brandi McDonald, Mathew Napier, Samantha Herron, Alexander Vafeas and Olivia Vafeas. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and three great, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
