She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clayton and Prudie Spencer Hale Pinegar; and her brothers, TJ Pinegar and Charles "Toots" Pinegar. She is survived by: her husband Gene Cook of Smithville; her children, Ronnie Cook (Debbie) of Piney Flats, TN, Cathy Snow (Dwain) of Smithville and Tina Gash (David) of Smithville; her grandchildren, Jacob Cook (Katie), Jonathan Cook (Kari), Jay Cook (Victoria), Eric Snow (Cindy), Andy Snow (Laura), Caleb Gash (Makenzy) and Callie Cantrell (Caleb); and her great grandchildren, Paxton, Clara, Emery, Levi, Topher, Trey, Brody, Addy, Ansley, Allie, Callie, Britton, Oliver and Ruby. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Calvary Baptist Church building fund, in memory of Mrs. Dean.
