He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Barbara Jean Fulmer Summers. He is survived by: his wife Julie Lynn Summers; his sons, David Summers (Joni) and Kyle Summers; his grandchildren, Autumn Summers and Gavin Summers; his stepson Christian Loudermilk; his sisters, Lisa Summers and Susan Summers; his half-brother Rick Summers; and his pet Max.
