Charlotte Barnard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Barnard (Smithville, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Houston (Bud) and Frances Lockhart (Snooks); and her sister Shirley Lockhart Ingram. She is survived by: her children, Robin Driver (Kristie) and Wendy Humphrey; her grandsons, Derek Driver and Ashton Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Absher, Eli Humphrey, Kiana, Taylan, Robert and Kiera Driver.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at the DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
