She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Wilkey; her sons, Anthony Hale and David Hall; her stepson Keith Hale; her siblings, Penny Hale (Leroy), Connie Brownfield and Phillip Wilkey (Clara Mae); and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Hale and Lonnie Pack.
She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Elmore Wilkey Davis of Smithville; her sons, Rickey Hall, II of Smithville, Jonathan Hall of Smithville and Terry Hale (Christina) of Smithville; her adoptive son Larry Stump of Smithville; her grandchildren, Eppey, Leaunna, Beth, Cain, Alexander, Aiden, Sophia, Emmitt and Abigail; her husband John Hale of Smithville; her siblings, Ginger Anderson of Smithville, Roy Wilkey of Smithville and Ellen Hale (Charlie) of Smithville; her siblings-in-law, Betty Pack of Smithville, Pauline Crook of Smithville, Tom Hale and Steve Hale (Linda) of Smithville; and her nephew Naziah Martinez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Peeled Chestnut Cemetery (788 Peeled Chestnut Ln, Sparta, TN 38583).
