It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Turner (Smithville, Tennessee), who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Turner and Audrey Taylor Turner; and his brother Danny Turner. He is also survived by several cousins and several special caregivers.
