He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Eugene and Dorothy Coble Tittsworth, Sr.; and his grandparents, Haskel, Maudell Tittsworth, Hartie and Georgia Coble.
He is survived by: his aunts, Lillian Tittsworth of Smithville and Betty Hale of Virginia; his cousin Vivian Johnson (Gary) of Smithville; and his caregiver Mary Elizabeth Puckett.
