She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hobert and Ruby Elizabeth Thomas Hale; her husband Lonnie Pack (PeeWee); her siblings, Clara Wilkey (Phillip) and Leroy Hale (Penny); her sisters-in-law, Cynthia Hale, Candy Hale, Sharon Pack and Pam Pack; and her nephews, John Keith Hale and Anthony Hale.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Pack and Christopher Thomas Pack; her grandchildren, Ashley, Donald, Doranda Pack and Aubree Bruno; and her siblings, Steve Hale (Linda), Thomas Hale, John Hale, Charlie Hale (Ellen) and Pauline Crook. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at the Peeled Chestnut Cemetery (788 Peeled Chestnut Ln, Sparta, TN 38583).
