He was predeceased by: his grandfather Eugene Wilkey; his brothers, David Hall and John Keith Hale; and his aunts and uncles, Penny Hale, Connie Brownfield, Cynthia Hale, Clara May Wilkey, Reba Jean Wilkey, Phillip Wilkey, Joe Wilkey, Sr. and Joseph Harrison.
He is survived by: his parents, Raven McCloud of Cincinatti, OH and Candy Hale; his children, Bethany Dillon of Smithville, Leuana Cullum of Smithville, Emmitt Hale of Smithville, Abigail Hale of Smithville and Eppy Brown of Smithville; his stepfather John Hale (Melissa Templeton) of Smithville; his siblings, Rebecca Dickens (William), April Barnes (Doug), Larry Stump of Smithville, Rickey Hall of Smithville, Johnny Hall (Morgan Green) of Smithville and Terry Hale (Christie) of Smithville; his grandparents, Carolyn Davis of Smithville and Charlie (Ellen Hale); his aunts and uncles, Ginger Anderson, Pauline Crook, Betty Pack, Roy Wilkey, Tom Hale, Steve Hale (Linda), Leroy Hale and David Brownfield; his cousins, Joe Wilkey (Shaska Winnett) and Daniel Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Sophie Demonbreun, Brooklyn Barnes, Alexis Barnes, Aiden Hale, Cain Hall, Colin Dickens, Sean Dickens and Ethan Barnes.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
