She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Smith and Lori Roller Smith; her husband Orville "Spark" Puckett; and her daughter Vella Ferrell. She is survived by: her children, Troy M. Ferrell (Glenda) of McMinnville, Tommy Ferrell (Lillian) of Grundy County, Janie Green of Smithville, Linda Sue White (Charles) of McMinnville, Jimmy Ferrell (Melissa Ann) of Smithville, Patricia Wilder (Wayne) of Estill Springs, Jerry Ferrell (Delcie) of Warren County, Tammy Neal of Smithville, Sandra South of Smithville and Billy Joe Ferrell (Diane) of Rock Island; and her sisters, Evelyn Crawford of Toledo, Dean Pinegar of McMinnville and Jane Pinegar of McMinnville. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
