He is survived by: his wife Ruby Maynard (Burgess); his daughter Linda Haugk Brenda Burgess; his grandchildren, Matthew (Julie Haugk), Spencer (Leah Johnson), Brittney (Corey Mills) and Chelsey (Dustin); his siblings, Richard Maynard and Mae Massa Beloved; his daughter Phyllis Brewington; and his siblings, Carson Maynard, Helen Hunter and Faye Lowe.
