He is survived by: his son-in-law Mike Reynolds of San Antonio, TX; his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Kristin Banker of Kingston; his grandchildren, Shelby Westerfield (Brent) and Hayley Green (Jackson); his great grandchildren, Owen Westerfield and Olivia Green; and his brothers, Luke (Mary Ann Banker), John (Kim Banker), Tim (Joyce Banker), Mark (Kathy Banker), Joe (Debra Banker) and Active.
