He was predeceased by: his father Walter Whitson Burton, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Varnell (Rick) of Murphy, Lynn Burton (Jennifer) of Silver Point and Timothy Burton (Hannah) of Smithville; and his sister Keeble Helm of Silver Point. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
