He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Eaton and Margaret Stewart Eaton; his son Morgan Eaton; and his siblings, Professor Harvill Eaton and Connie Eaton.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Edwards (Penny) of Smithville and Allison Vantrease of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Cori Edwards, Kayla Cook and Maddie Cook; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Deerrick, Charles Derrick and Annalise Dale.
