He is survived by: his children, Autumn Meadows (Brent Whitehead) of Silver Point, Chelsea Meadows of Silver Point and Samuel Lee Meadows of Cookeville; his siblings, Linda Meadows, Gerald Meadows (Gail) of Cookeville, Bob Meadows (Sharon) of Cookeville and Larry Meadows (Patricia) of Bloomington Springs; and his grandchildren, Skyler Meadows, Jordan Schipp, Christopher Braswell, Neva Whitehead, Nate Whitehead and Isaac Way Meadows.
