He was predeceased by: his parents, Fowler Oaks and Margaret Cooley Oaks. He is survived by: his wife Judy Clark Oaks; his children, Tracey Tucker (Jerry) and William Oaks (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Cason, Hana, Dmitri and Nolan; and his siblings, Kathy Sue Weaver, Joanie Rodgers, Glenn Oaks and Mike Oaks Jerry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
