She is survived by: her husband Jack Maxwell; her siblings, Gerline Leftwich of Baxter, Linda Burgess of Silver Point, Karen Klein (Stan) of Cookeville and Dennis Wallace (Lynn Marie) of St. Petersburg, FL; her brother-in-law Billy Ray Maxwell; and her nieces and nephews, Annette Maynard (Kevin), Hannah Dyer, Karsey Conohan (Jon), Steve Burgess (Susan), Aaron Wallace, Jacob Dyer, Parker Klein and Trent Maxwell (Nicole).
