We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 83, Gary Gantenbein of Silver Point, Tennessee, born in Long Beach, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulrich Gantenbein and Virginia Viola Higgins Gantenbein; his daughter Tracy Cryder; and his sister Sandy Smithson. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Gantenbein (Tina) of Chestnut Mound, TN and Bruce Gantenbein (Karen) of Hendersonville; his siblings, Karen Bierschwa (Gary) of Fredericksburg, TX., Richard Gantenbein of Texas and Chris Gantenbein (Cori) of Fredericksburg, TX; his grandchildren, Jennifer Arnold, Garrett Cryder, Shannon Lungaro, Chris Gantenbein, Suzanne Casto, Brenna Garcia, Carlie Matlock, Ellie Gantenbein and Joey Gantenbein; and his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Cryder and Matthew Murphy. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
