He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Agee and Betty Jane Starnes Agee; his wife Clara Mae Wilson Agee; and his brother Ralph Lee Agee. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Sparks (Jerry) of Silver Point; his sister Susie Hicks (Forrest) of Monticello; and also Very (Sheral St).
