It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Simmons of Silver Point, Tennessee, born in Olive Branch, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Simmons and Thelma Smiley; and his wife Nancy Ann Haugk Simmons. He is survived by: his sons, Danny (Tena Simmons), Tommy (Cindy), Terry (Lisa Simmons) and Randy (Beth Simmons); his grandchildren, Megan Nixon (Chris), Mitchell, Mason, Jessica, Kayleen, Zack, Alicia, Chelsea Bussard (Dolan), Brittany, Lindsey, Nick and Trent Simmons; his great grandchildren, Carson, Lucas Nixon, Cole and Caroline Simmons; and his siblings, Peg Woodruff of Olive Branch, Jim Simmons (Ellen) of Olive Branch, Ill and Jerry Crite (Bonnie Batchelor) of Norfolk, VA.
