He is survived by: his wife Anita Phillips Smith; his daughter Lorna; his son-in-law Shea Lee of Baxter; his sons, Philip (Daka Smith) of Silver Point, Lionel Smith of Silver Point and Forrest (Elizabeth Smith); his siblings, Mary Snowden of Lebanon and James Smith of Silver Point; his grandchildren, Elliott, Audrey Lee, Danika Mathis (Dusty), Colton Smith and Hannah Claire Smith; and his nieces, Donna Hamblin and Elaine Sears.
