He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Moore Foote, Jr. and Faye Stewart Foote; and his brother Keith Foote. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Foote of Silerton; his stepsons, Matt Harris (Heather) of Silerton and John Tyler Harris (Katie) of Savannah; his stepgrandsons, Siler and Asher Harris; his nephew Adam Foote; his sister-in-law Sherry Foote of Toone; and his close friend Mike Murley (Connie) of Henderson.
