He is survived by: his wife Vicki Massey Rush; his daughters, Crystal Ross (Chuck) of Bethel Springs, TN and April Rush of Bethel Springs, TN; his stepdaughters, Kelly Stewart of Middleton, Shannon James (Brent) of Williston and Heather Bryant of Memphis; his sister Trudy Rush Henson (John Paul) of Southaven, MS; his grandchildren, Autumn Burton, Zoe, Harmony Arment, Ryder Ross, Tristan Morris, Adrianna, Tyler Clayton and Ella-Marie Rush; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Carder, Emma Perry, Max Minderman, Addy James, Demi Richardson, Taylor Cash, Landon Keller and Savanna Motes; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Nova Carder, Tysen, Cash Smith, Jeremiah Dougherty, Silas, Luka Keller and Atlis Ferrell; and his nieces, Melissa Ann Hooper Negri and Andrea Hooper May.
