He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Joseph Kelly, Jr. and Elizabeth Beck Kelly of Kildeer, IL; his siblings, Patsy Kelly Nally and Michael Kelly; and his sons, Richard Christopher Kelly and James Patrick Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Nanci Bryan Kelly; his grandchildren, Shanna Williams, Sarah Kelly, Liam Kelly, Aris Iannios, Mia Iannios, Grace Leun and Ryan Leun; and his great grandchild Bryson Williams.
A memorial contribution in honor of Mr. Kelly may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center.
