She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Raines and Ruth Wilson Raines of Cookeville, Tennessee.. She is survived by: her son Christopher T. Varner (Deborah) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Henry Varner and Liz Varner; her sister-in-law Jeanne V. Buck (John) of Cookeville; and her nieces, Kayse B. Martin (Matt) of Santa Fe and Audra K. Buck-Coleman (Andrew) of San Diego. She is also survived by grand-nieces and a grand-nephew.
