It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Frank Stebbing P. E. (Signal Mountain, Tennessee), who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Stebbing and Frank Stebbing of Selsey; and also West Sussex. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, David and Peter (Tracey); and his grandchildren, Gavin Stebbing, Eli Stebbing and Elizabeth Stebbing (Charlie).
