He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Worley and Dora Rogers Worley. He is survived by: his wife Deb Worley; his children, Kim Deakins of Dayton, Jenny Scott (Shane) of Dayton and Jeremy Worley (Melissa) of Signal Mountain; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hannah Deakins, Mason, Chloe Scott, Preston, Parker and Paisley Worley; and his siblings, Brenda Lane, Judy Bunch, Barbara Kennedy, Ronnie Worley and Robert Worley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
