He is survived by: his sons, David Francis (Regina), Burton Francis (Brenda) and Timothy Francis (Carole); his grandchildren, Brittany Frizzell (William), Timothy Francis, Jr., Gavin Morrison, Brandon Francis (Erica) and Matthew Francis; his great grandchildren, Emmalyn Frizzell and Bentley Francis; and his caregiver Laurie Malone. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
