It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona Sharp of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur "AJ" Sharp Jr.; her parents, Mary Ables and Joseph Ables; her brothers, Willard, Gernie, Amos and James Ables; and her grandson Sean Payton Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Cristal Higgins (Jim) of Soddy Daisy and Arthur "Jay" Sharp III (Dana) of Signal Mountain; and her grandchildren, Brett Sharp, Kalyn Higgins, Kena Higgins and Ayden Sharp. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
