She was predeceased by: her parents, Dunward Beaumont Monroe and Ellen Bernice McIntosh Monroe; her brother John Edward "Jack" Monroe; and her husband Dr. Harold Garst Sibold. She is survived by: her siblings, Dunward B. Monroe (Brenda) and Carol Monroe; her sister-in-law Beverly Monroe; her children, Samuel Garst Sibold (Jessica), Ward Monroe Sibold (Amy), Joseph Bradford Sibold, Elizabeth Stoops Sibold and Lara Ellen Sibold; her grandchildren, McKenna, Mason, Isabella and Spencer Sibold; her nephews, Eddie Monroe (Cristy), Scott Monroe (Cindy) and Stephen Monroe (Ann); her uncle Robert Monroe (Sue); and also, Troy Potter, Paige, Dakota, Wade Freed, Elizabeth and Joseph Hoang.
Social distancing and the wearing of masks for the sake of COVID will be observed.
