He is survived by: his wife Wanda Marie; his children, Frederick Perkins (Toby) of Miami, Lynn Perkins Short (Scott) of Signal Mountain and David Perkins of Chattanooga; and his sister Lily Abrams of Long Island, NY. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
