He is survived by: his wife Carolyn H. Rutherford; and his sister Ruby Carroll (Grady). He is also survived by 200 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Red Hill Cemetery.
