She was predeceased by: her grandmother Beatrice Dorn. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Dyer; her children, Deaven Cook, Kaitlyn Dyer, Kacie Dyer, Zachary DeMercurio and Kody Dyer; her parents, Sonny Pendergrass (Cile) and Judy Martinez of Winter Haven, FL; her sister DeAnna Pendergrass of Winter Haven, FL; and her parents-in-law, Gary and Roxann Dyer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
