Milburn Jr (Laura Sears) of Dallas, TX, David M. Milburn (Judy) of Madison, AL and Catherine L. Milburn (David Krusenklaus) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Mary Brynn Milburn of Dallas, TX, Joan Leslie Milburn of Dallas, TX, Adam Krusenklaus of Virginia Beach, VA and Dustin McNeal (Teryn) of Hendersonville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Harrison McNeal and Avery McNeal of Hendersonville, TN..
