Laura left this world on March 15, 2025 at the age of 50, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Berglund and Ailene Berglund (Clapp). She is survived by: her husband James "Zach" Cowart; her daughters, Harper and Ella Cowart; her brother Daniel Berglund; her parents-in-law, Rachel Cowart and Jim Cowart; her sisters-in-law, Holly Cowart and Courtney Cowart; her niece Tori Li; and her nephew Ralston Ligon.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Signal Crest United Methodist Church (1005 Ridgeway Ave, Signal Mountain, TN 37377). Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to World Vision where she sponsored a child, Jebbeh Kamara, in Sierra Leone.
