She is survived by: her children, Phillip Carter (Cindy) of Stevenson, AL, Jerri Lynn Marter of Signal Mountain, TN and Lance Marter (Mandy) of Soddy-Daisy, TN; her grandchildren, Ashley Chisenall (Cody) of Stevenson, AL, Amy Meeks (Chris) of Dunlap, TN, Ryan Carter of Stevenson, AL, Kaleb Marter of Signal Mountain, TN, Seth Marter of Signal Mountain, TN and Abigail Marter of Soddy-Daisy, TN; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher and Emma Grace Hughes of Soddy-Daisy, TN; her great grandchildren, Malli, Cannon and Adrian; her sister Gena Fowler of Fort Payne, AL; her stepmother Flora Kirby of Scottsboro, AL; and her stepsister Lesa Hall of Scottsboro, AL.
