It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B Massengale Sr. of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Roosevelt; his grandson Drew King; and his nephew Rodney Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Olena Massengale; his children, Robin Massengale, Teri Massengale and Johnny Massengale, Jr. (Shelly); his grandchildren, McKenzie Massengale, Will Massengale and Johnny King; and his nephew Darrell Fletcher.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital in John's memory.
