He is survived by: his brother Robert Rose (Sandy); his children, Jayne Rose Walker (Newton) of Columbia, SC, Walter Rose (Jan) of Chattanooga, TN, Mary Jo Rose Ashcraft (Blair) of Charlotte, NC and Elizabeth Rose Provence (Jeff) of Dacula, GA.; his daughter-in-law Sara Fortune Rose of Louisville, TN.; his grandchildren, William Walker (Rebecca), Haley Lawson (Michael), Hayes Ashcraft (Kathryn), Rebecca Rose, Preston Rose, Mary Rose Provence and John Provence; and his great grandchildren, Harvey Lawson, Eleanor Schulz and Charlie Schulz.
